Account deletion

Delete your account on the website

Sign in and open your profile. Choose Delete your account below the address list. Review the warning, then choose Remove to confirm, or Cancel to keep your account.

If deletion is blocked by ongoing orders, review those orders or contact support. Opening your profile or this information page does not delete anything.

Request deletion by email

You can also email support@chabuq.com to request deletion of your Chabuq account and associated data, including when you cannot sign in. Include the email address or phone number linked to the account so support can identify it.

Never send your password, one-time verification code, payment card details or identity documents in the initial email. Support may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting.

What happens to your data

Your request covers your account and associated personal data, such as profile details and saved addresses. Ask support to confirm which records will be deleted and whether any records must be retained before proceeding.

Exact retention periods and the handling of transaction records, backups and third-party services are not yet confirmed. This page does not promise immediate or complete removal from all systems. Contact support for clarification before you confirm deletion.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your Chabuq account.
